This policy explains what information Studiovala handles when you use the service on WhatsApp and how that information is used.
Information collected
When you place an order, Studiovala receives your WhatsApp number and profile name, the product photos you send, the service you select, and a record of your payment.
Use of information
This information is used for three purposes: producing the image you ordered, delivering it to you on WhatsApp, and processing your payment. It is not used for any other purpose.
Access to your photos
Your photos are handled by the Studiovala staff who edit them. Where a job requires it, they are also passed to the image-processing providers Studiovala works with, including providers of AI tools for AI-assisted work. These providers receive a photo solely to carry out that job.
Limits on use
Studiovala does not use your photos to train AI models, does not sell your photos or your phone number, and does not feature your photos in its own advertising without your permission.
Retention
Photos and finished images are retained only for as long as is necessary to complete and deliver your order.
